Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, have no cash value, and may be used once, for one eligible booking, during the promotion window. Credits cannot be split across bookings or applied to past purchases. Each user may receive one credit and may use one credit per booking.
Using credits in a fraudulent manner may result in cancellation, account closure, and charging of other payment methods. If a booking is cancelled, the credit used will not be refunded. Refunds apply only to the user-paid portion and remain subject to the Travel Provider’s terms.
Pilot may modify, restrict, or withdraw this promotion at any time, with or without notice.
