To sign into your Pilot account, head over to the desktop app using app.pilotplans.com/signin.

The log-in landing page on app.pilotplans.com. The left side of the screen shows the option to "Continue with Facebook", "Continue with Google", or manually enter email address and password to log in. Below the red Login button, there is a blue hyperlink that reads "Forgot Password?". The right half of the screen shows a photo of a young woman staring out over a city of orange roofs with her back to the camera and a black backpack on.

If you are having trouble signing in or have forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot password" button and follow the instructions. An email should be sent to your account prompting you to set a new password.

Note: If you've been idle for a long time and are required to log in, but are having difficulties logging in at app.pilotplans.com/signin, you can contact us to reset your password. We can then reset your password manually. :)
