If you need any assistance while on the app, we are here to help! At any point, you can click on the orange chat bubble button in the bottom right corner to connect with us.

Clicking on this button will open up the Home page which will let you search our help articles for information.

You may also click the Messages tab in the bottom middle to access chats with our team in case you need more assistance.

To give us feedback to help make your experience better, follow these steps:

1. From the home screen (not entered into one specific trip), select the three dots on the top right of the page to the right of the messages button.

2. You will see the following pop-up appear.

3. Select one of the first three options depending on your feedback/thoughts, and we will take it from there!
