Since Pilot is not just your travel planning app but also your go-to travel companion, you will need to be able to use it offline. To do so, we have created an export function that will allow you to download and save your trip plan to your device as a PDF.

To do this, simply click on the Export Trip button just under your itinerary's cover photo, Once there, you can save your document as a PDF to your device or print the pages.

A trip itinerary for a sample trip in the Pilot web app. There is a cover photo on the left of Tower Bridge, and under this in the middle is a button that reads "Export Trip".

Keep in mind - at this time, the exported PDF will not include the Map or the Notes tab.

Here's an example of what your PDF may look like:

A PDF file of the trip itinerary titled "Sample Trip - UK 2022". This page shows the cover photo, trip title and trip dates at the top. Underneath are all the items listed in the itinerary. Next to flight info there is a red bar on the left with an airplane icon, next to accommodation info there is a blue bar with a bed icon, and next to activity info there is a green bar with a flag icon.

Happy Travelling!
