While in the trip planner, you will see the "Files" tab to the right of the "Notes" tab in the upper left bar.

From this tab, you can see all the files you uploaded, and you are able to search for files using the search bar in the top left.

If you have not yet added any files, you can upload a file using the "Upload" button in the top right. You can then select whichever file you want to add to your itinerary (ex. Boarding passes, hostel confirmation, activity tickets, etc).

In a sample Pilot trip itinerary, the Files tab has been selected in the top left. A pop-up window is in the middle of the screen that reads "Attach Files". Under this is the wording "Drag your documents, reservations, or bookings here to start uploading. Max file size: 4MB" and a button that reads "Browse Files".

You can also click the three dots on the right most side of the file and choose to Rename or Delete them.

In the Files tab of a trip itinerary in the Pilot web app there are a list of 2 files with columns reading File Name, Attached To, and Uploaded By. On the right of the first file in the list, 3 dots have been selected revealing a dropdown with options to Rename or Delete.

If you click on the middle area next to a file under the "Attached To" section, you will be able to select a Transportation, Accommodation, or Activity item that you would like to add the file to in your itinerary. This will help you stay organized and keep all your files attached to the relevant item!

In the Files tab of a trip itinerary in the Pilot web app there are a list of 2 files with columns reading File Name, Attached To, and Uploaded By. The space under the Attached To column for the first file in the list has been selected and opened up a drop-down with a list of all items currently already in the trip itinerary. Each item has a checkbox to the left which you can select to attach the file to.
