Your data is safe with Pilot. It is only being used to provide you with the services our ecosystem provides.
However, if you’d like your data removed from our system, you can login and delete your account. We do not save data from any deleted accounts on our servers.
For security reasons, we only respond to emails on file for user accounts when providing assistance in this regard. We therefore do not respond to automated or 3rd party emails for data deletion. Manual requests will be directed to account settings, where you may delete your account.
Since accounts may contain sensitive documents, such as booking confirmations, our team does not delete accounts on behalf of users, but we make it easy for you to do so.
