Your data is safe with Pilot. It is only being used to provide you with the services our ecosystem provides.
However, if you’d like your data removed from our system, you can login and delete your account. We do not save data from any deleted accounts on our servers.
To delete your account, you can click the dots in the top left of your screen on the dashboard page, and select the Settings option.
Once on the Settings page, you can scroll down to the bottom and select Delete Account in the bottom left corner.
For security reasons, we only respond to emails on file for user accounts when providing assistance in this regard. We therefore do not respond to automated or 3rd party emails for data deletion.
Since accounts may contain sensitive documents, such as booking confirmations, our team does not delete accounts on behalf of users, but we make it easy for you to do so.
