Where you stay can really make or break a trip! You can find your stay with the hotel search and booking experience built right into your Pilot planner. To do so, you will use Pilot's own booking engine with our very own inventory that numbers over 2 million hotels worldwide!
In your Trip, select the Explore tab at the top left under your trip title.
Here you can type in the location you are looking to book a Stay or select one of the locations you have already added in to your plan. Once you search, you will see a bunch of options show up in grid view on the left, as well as on the map on the right.
By using the ‘Filters’ option, you’ll be able to narrow down your search to the top results for you.
You can click on one of the options and a new tab will open! Here you can see more information about the accommodation, such as a description, map location, perks, and room options with prices. We offer exclusive rates only for Pilot users!
When you scroll down the page you'll be able to see all the available room options, including any add-on extras the stay offers.
After selecting your preferred rooms and options you’ll be taken directly to the checkout. Here you will say any applicable booking credits applied.
Ensure that you have entered all the necessary verification information. This may include providing your phone number and check-in guest name and email. At the bottom of the page you’ll see the checkout button illuminate once everything is complete. Press that and your booking is confirmed instantly, directly with the hotel.
You will then see your stay has been added to your planner!
