How do I set up internet on my Pilot eSIM on a Samsung Galaxy?

If you encounter difficulties connecting your Pilot eSIM to the internet on a Samsung Galaxy device after installation, please ensure that you have completed the Access Data instructions for your eSIM.

Where can I find connection instructions?

You can find them in your Pilot account:

  1. OPEN your Pilot account and TAP the menu icon (☰ or ⋮).

  2. TAP Your Purchases.

  3. TAP the eSIM you want to install.

  4. TAP View Installation.

  5. Locate Step 2/2 - Access Data

Step 1: Enable your eSIM for data

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Select Connections

  3. Select SIM manager

  4. Ensure that the eSIM is enabled (toggle it ON if not)

  5. Select Mobile data and select your eSIM

Step 2: Connect to the supported network

  1. Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile networks

  2. Select Network operators

  3. Select your eSIM

  4. Turn OFF Select automatically

  5. Select the network shown in your Pilot account connection instructions

Step 3: Update APN settings (if required)

  1. Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Access Point Names

  2. Select your eSIM

  3. Select Add

  4. Enter the APN exactly as shown in the installation instructions in your Pilot account

  5. Select OK

  6. Enter Pilot as the APN’s label in the Name field

  7. Leave the other fields blank

  8. Select the three-dot menu in the upper-right corner and tap Save

  9. Ensure that the new APN is selected

Step 4: Enable Data Roaming (if required)

  1. Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile networks

  2. Toggle Data Roaming ON or OFF as instructed in your Pilot account
