1. In-app support chat (fastest option)

If you're using the Pilot app, you can contact us directly from within the app or Pilot website:

  • Tap the chat icon in the bottom-right corner

  • This will open the Help Center home page, where you can:

    • Search for helpful articles

    • Start a chat with our support team

This is the quickest way to get assistance, especially for urgent issues.

2. Email support

Just send us a message with your question or issue, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Expected response times

  • In-app chat: Typically within a few hours during business hours

  • Email: Usually within 24 hours

Response times may vary slightly during peak periods, but we always aim to reply as quickly as possible. Response time may depend on urgency of the ticket.

What information should I include?

To help us assist you faster, please have the following ready:

  • Pilot reference number (this is the most important detail)

  • A brief description of your issue

  • Screenshots (if applicable)

  • Your device type and model (if relevant)

Providing complete information upfront helps us resolve your request more efficiently.
