Pilot is the perfect tool to keep you organized by storing all your essential trip info in one place.

That’s why we made it easy to import your travel files—like flight confirmations, bus tickets, screenshots and hotel itineraries—and automatically add them to the right spot in your itinerary for safekeeping.

To import a file, just click the import icon in the top left corner of your planner.

From there, a window will open where you can drag and drop files or browse your device to upload them.

Once your files are uploaded, you can select one from the dropdown, and Pilot will scan it to find the most relevant info.

From there, you’ll get smart suggestions for things you might want to add to your itinerary. Just drag and drop items using the dots on the left, then click “Done” to save them to your planner.

Alternatively, you can forward your bookings or files by email to
[email protected].

Just make sure to send it from the same email address linked to your Pilot account!

Once we’ve received your email, you’ll see a notification badge on the import icon in the top left corner of your planner. From there, follow the same steps as before to add the relevant info to your itinerary.

If you send an email and it doesn't seem to be showing up, you can use the button in the bottom right of the import files module to refresh the inbox.
